How to Use:

• Step 1: Prep nails with phBond dehydrator.
• Step 2: Apply Ultrabond primer and let dry completely.
• Step 3: Apply a layer of clear Rubber Base and cure for 30 seconds.
• Step 4: Apply 1–2 coats of RUSSET Tint Base. Cure each layer for 60 seconds.
• Step 5: Seal with your preferred top coat.
