How to Use:

• Step 1: Cleanse the nail plate using pH Bond dehydrator.

• Step 4: Apply one or two layers of CLOUDS Tint Base. Cure each layer in a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
• Step 5: Finish with a top coat for a long-lasting, glossy finish.
