L13 - "Passion" pigment for permanent lip makeup.

Bright, juicy, warm red glazing shade. In its pure form, it is used to give freshness, youthfulness to the lips (with watercolor technique). Can be used to add a red tint to the base color. Ideal for cold lips. Can be used as a corrector to warm the base color. Suitable for correcting asymmetry and blurred lip contour. Opaque. Due to the application technique, you can make from a translucent to fondant effect.
